Booking and Further Information.

Booking your adventure with us is a simple process… email with which session you would like, the date and time you would prefer, how many in your group and the ages of any people under 18.

We will email you back as soon as we are able (we may be out having fun on the water so please be patient!) to finalise the dates you would like and session.

Once this is arranged, we will send you a provisional booking email that includes payment procedure. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email that includes waiver forms and terms and conditions. These forms need to be emailed back to us completed prior to your session or brought in as a hard copy.

After that you will need to arrive at your booking time in the correct clothing and your adventure can begin.

We are dedicated to safety on all the sessions we run. We adhere to Health and Safety regulations set out by the UK government and to safety guidance given by National Governing Bodies (NGBs).

All our staff are qualified to deliver the activities, including First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications. Staff complete an induction prior to working with us which includes reading risk assessments and our operating procedures. We offer ongoing training to staff to ensure all sessions are run to the safest possible standard.

Our activities are risk assessed and reviewed annually, and staff are competent at dynamically risk assessing the environment prior to and during sessions. We work within different ratios for each activity as set out by British Canoeing, and in the environmental remit as directed by each member of staff’s individual qualifications.

Our equipment conforms to British standards and is checked daily to ensure it is suitable for the task, and we endeavour to keep all kit clean and sanitised. We record all inventory and ensure that all equipment is used is within its recommended lifespan.

We are fully insured for all activities and ask for medical information that may impact on the ability of guests to be disclosed to ensure safety during sessions. Any information disclosed is confidential under GDPR guidance.
